Cancellation Policy:

Your Dedicated PA operates a 1 month notice period should you wish to cancel your services as per our Terms and Conditions of Business. Please give notice of cancellation to your Account Manager or by contacting the Customer Services Department by emailing customer.services@yourdedicatedpa.com.

Upon receipt of your request this will be processed onto your account with written confirmation sent out to you confirming the date your services will cease, all communication will be via email.

Refund Policy:

Should you wish to make a claim for a refund please give notice to your Account Manager or by contacting the Accounts Department by emailing accounts@yourdedicatedpa.com. Upon receipt of your refund claim this will be assessed within 30 days, all communication will be via email.

Please note we are unable to accept cancellation or a claim for a refund over the phone.
